Both assume identity and send on behalf of user rights are strictly permissions controlled.
Once you’ve assumed another user’s identity, you see the home screen as if you were that user. You can also review and complete tasks on their behalf.The assume identity feature allows managers to understand, from an agent’s own perspective, how active they are at doing the work that gets you more listings and sales. Lots of overdue activities may indicate an overloaded agent, or it may indicate a lax approach to follow-up.
